How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders over $35 ship free.

Do lighters come with fuel?

All pocket lighters ship unfilled due to shipping regulations. You will need to add lighter fluid separately. We carry fuel and accessories in our store.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Reach out to us and we will sort it out quickly.

Are all products authentic?

Yes. Every product we sell is sourced from authorized channels. All Zippo lighters come with Zippo's lifetime warranty included, no exceptions.

Can I track my order?
